I’m Anth and I first began my fitness career with an open mind and a desire to learn. I have worked in several gyms across Melbourne and on cruise ships around the world.
My varied experience has challenged me and consequently shaped my ability as a personal trainer today. Helping others in fitness has been a passion of mine throughout my 14 years in the industry.
I am a qualified massage therapist and have an interest in health and wellness in all its forms. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness and finding the best approach for you as an individual.
The body-mind connection is fundamental to this. At a basic level, the mind influences our body through how we activate muscles, when and how we eat, and habits in our daily life. However it also extends out to a persons motivation, drive and overall wellbeing, which are all integral in ensuring a healthy body.
With this in mind, I thrive to take my clients to next level, new heights and inspire them to reach over and beyond their goals.

With over 30 years experience, Vivienne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in reformer Pilates, yoga, older adults fitness, rehabilitation and clinical nutrition. Backed by the rest of the team, she is here to help you achieve your health, wellness and vitality goals.
Vivienne is well versed in Matwork, which offers a variety of floor based routines to improve strength, flexibility and balance. This expertise extends to working with clients coming back to exercise from illness or injury or those with long term health issues, ensuring safe and effective workouts for maintaining mobility, bone health and overall well-being.
With these specialities, Vivienne has the knowledge and experience to design exercise programs that aid in injury recovery, post-surgery rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Her holistic approach emphasizes proper form, targeted exercises and gradual progression to help you regain strength and function.
With a degree qualified clinical nutritionist, Vivienne recognizes the importance of a well rounded approach to health and fitness. By integrating sound nutritional principles into your lifestyle, she will empower you to make informed choices and optimize your overall well-being.

This is NaoimhĂn, a personal trainer and physical education teacher from Ireland. Her fitness journey has involved playing Gaelic football from a young age and exploring and enjoying different forms of training along the way, including boxing, strength and conditioning, pilates, and crossfit.
NaoimhĂn has completed a level 3 cert. in personal training, a bachelor of science degree in sports studies, and a postgraduate diploma in physical education. She has worked with a range of individuals including women aiming to build their strength and muscular endurance, and football teams focusing on match specific components such as agility.
NaoimhĂn is very passionate about supporting people in their health and fitness journeys, with a client centred focus. She loves motivating others to challenge themselves and work towards specific and realistic training goals.
